欢迎注册 GXP！在注册使用 GXP 前，请务必仔细阅读并充分理解本协议的全部内容。一旦注册 GXP，即视为您已了解并同意本《GXP 用户协议》与《GXP 隐私协议》的全部内容。
特别说明：您的电话号码将上传到第三方 SDK：Igexin SDK，用于有效识别设备并生成唯一客户端 ID，以提供个性化和统计服务。如果您对此有顾虑，请立即停止使用本应用程序。
本协议可能随时更新，更新后的协议一旦公布即替代原有协议，恕不另行通知。注册、登录、使用本服务即表示您接受本协议。
用户注册
使用本服务前需注册 GXP 帐号。微时可根据产品需求对帐号注册和绑定方式进行调整。用户需填写真实、有效、合法的信息（邮箱、手机号、昵称等），否则微时有权暂停或终止服务并拒绝使用部分或全部功能。
账号与密码安全
注册完成后，用户可使用注册邮箱/手机号和密码登录 GXP。用户应妥善保管账号和密码，对因保管不善导致的任何损失自行承担责任。GXP 账号归微时所有，使用权仅属于初始注册人，不得转让或售卖。
用户个人信息保护
微时会依法收集、存储、使用用户信息，并遵循《GXP 隐私协议》。用户可通过 APP 提示操作查询、修改或删除个人资料，但删除可能同时删除系统中存储的文字与图片，用户需承担相应风险。
用户行为
用户应遵守法律法规，不得利用 GXP 帐号或服务进行任何违法或不正当的活动。禁止将本服务用于复制、出售、转售或其他商业用途。
未成年人条款
GXP 仅向年满 18 周岁的成年人提供服务。未成年人（<18 岁）禁止注册和使用，若发现未成年用户，微时有权终止服务。
用户责任
若用户违反法律或本协议，微时可采取措施并依法向相关部门报告。因用户违规而引发的第三方索赔、损失（含合理律师费），用户应赔偿并使微时免受损害。
知识产权
GXP 中涉及的图形、文字、标识等知识产权归微时所有。
免责事由
用户在平台发布的内容由其自行承担责任。微时因系统维护、网络问题、不可抗力等造成的服务中断不承担责任。微时有权变更、暂停或终止服务。
Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to GXP! Before registering and using GXP, please carefully read and fully understand this agreement. Once you register for GXP, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to this GXP User Agreement and GXP Privacy Policy.
Special Note: Your phone number will be uploaded to a third-party SDK: Igexin SDK to generate a unique client ID for device identification and service optimization. If you are concerned about this, please stop using the application.
This agreement may be updated at any time. Once published, the updated version replaces the original without prior notice. By registering, logging in, or using this service, you agree to be bound by this agreement.
User Registration
You must register a GXP account before using the service. Weishi may adjust registration methods as needed. You must provide valid and truthful information (email, phone number, etc.). Otherwise, Weishi may suspend or terminate services.
Account and Password Security
After registration, you can log in with your email/phone and password. You are responsible for consequences caused by account or password leakage. GXP accounts belong to Weishi and may only be used by the original registrant.
Protection of Personal Information
Weishi collects, stores, and uses personal information in compliance with laws and the GXP Privacy Policy. You may update or delete your personal data, but deletion may also remove associated content.
User Conduct
Users must comply with laws and must not use GXP for unlawful or unauthorized purposes, or for commercial resale.
Minors
GXP services are only for users aged 18 and above. Minors are prohibited from registering or using the application.
User Responsibility
If users violate laws or this agreement, Weishi may take actions and report to authorities. Users shall bear full liability for any losses caused to Weishi or third parties.
Intellectual Property
All GXP-related graphics, text, and trademarks belong to Weishi.
Disclaimer & Service Changes
Users are responsible for their uploaded content. Weishi is not liable for service interruptions due to network issues, force majeure, or technical failures. Weishi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services.
